Survey: 2023 Digital Marketing in South Africa

Broad Media conducted a Digital Marketing survey last month, revealing the most effective ways to market products and services to South African businesses and decision-makers.

In today's creator economy, businesses are increasingly focusing on digital marketing campaigns, with a particular emphasis on video, as opposed to traditional advertising.

The survey had 1,834 respondents, with 65% being key decision-makers at SMMEs regarding purchasing decisions.
