Maheerah is currently participating in the Global Export Accelerator Programme (GEAP) which is aimed to stimulate job creation and income generation by building capacities of local, Black-owned enterprises to export their products or services.

The idea behind World One Enterprises originated from a desire to solve the everyday problems faced by families.

"We wanted to look at which products we use on a daily basis that can solve the problems of a whole family," Maheerah explained.

"Whether it's purchasing toys for children, smart devices for a secure and well-lit home, or providing tools for a productive home office, we aim to address the diverse needs of our customers," she said.

The company's transition from a retail-focused business to a business-to-business model has been a pivotal moment in its growth. Maheerah revealed that their goal is to become a Southern African distributor, specializing in energy-focused products and simple solutions for everyday South African challenges.

With a team comprising skilled professionals in finance, procurement, sales, marketing, and online fulfillment, World One Enterprises prides itself on its diverse skill set.

Maheerah emphasized the importance of teamwork, stating, "We each know how to do each other's jobs."
This collaborative spirit enables them to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
