Joint venture partnership opportunity

Monde Nissen Corporation (MNC) is one of the Philippines’ largest food manufacturers with a portfolio of iconic and market-leading brands across fast-growing categories such as packaged baked goods, culinary aids and alternative meat products.

The company is looking at entering the African market by setting up a manufacturing facility in South Africa with a strategic partner either through a joint venture partnership or an acquisition.

Mr Martial Beck, Chief Growth Officer at MNC will visit South Africa from 28 February until 4th March 2023 to get a sense of the local market and to find prospective partners.

In this regard, Mr Beck is keen to meet up with local companies interested in the abovementioned modalities or local manufacturers of biscuits, instant noodles or other snacks.
