Did You Know: Cape Town Central Chapter is the hub of business excellence

Did you know that nestled at the heart of the Cape Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Cape Town Central Chapter is a thriving epicenter of business activity?

With the largest membership among all the Cape Chamber's Chapters, it casts its influence over an extensive geographical area, spanning iconic neighbourhoods from Camps Bay, Cape Town CBD, Gardens, Green Point, Hout Bay, Llandudno, Maitland, Oranjezicht, Salt River, Sea Point, V&A Waterfront, Vredehoek, Walmer Estate, Woodstock, Observatory, Pinelands and Ndabeni.

What sets this Chapter apart is its unique location, surrounded by renowned tourist attractions like Table Mountain and the bustling V&A Waterfront, creating a dynamic backdrop for business endeavours.

Within its precinct, you'll find leading law firms, financial institutions, investment companies, and prestigious luxury hotels, all contributing to its status as a hub of excellence.

The Chapter's primary mission is to elevate the Cape Chamber's member service, accomplished through a diverse range of business events and timely economic updates.

Under the capable leadership of Chapter Chairperson Mark Wernich and Vice Chair Shireen Onia, the Chapter hosts its monthly "Coffee Club" gatherings, offering a platform for networking and the exchange of knowledge.

As we step into the month of September, the Chapter is all set to commemorate Tourism Month while simultaneously addressing the urgent issue of the energy crisis through an upcoming Energy Roadshow.
