ChamberShip is our proposed mentoring platform to connect those with skills and knowledge to those who want it. If you are a seasoned mentor or professional coach, this platform would serve to support the mentoring process as well as promote your business. There are many forms of mentoring:

• ProBono (maximum turnover conditions for mentees)      
  For mentors, this is the opportunity to give something back and growing the economy at the same time.
  For mentees, if you need the guidance of a mentor to get into the mainstream economy, then this is the ideal springboard. 
   

• Reverse Mentoring
  Mentors are young digital natives that just have a knackj of working with technology.
  Mentees are established professionals who are being held back, because of digital adoption.
  A match made in digital heaven!
   

• Career Mentoring/Coaching
  Mentors for this category are established business coaches.
  For mentees, having a business coach in today’s 4th Industrial Revolution is no longer a nice-to-have.       
         
   
• Diversity Mentoring    
  If you know what all the letters in the acronym LGBTQAI stands for, then you’re probably in the right domain for being a mentor. 
  Mentees are those that are struggling to find an effective way of creating an inclusive work environment.        
      

• High Potential Mentoring                
  Mentors who have succeeded in challenging environments can now pay their talents forward.
  Mentees are simply the rising stars in your organisation
  
   
• Succession Mentoring                
  Mentors that have a strong organisational and/or industrial psychology background will find application here. 
  Mentees are those that want to succeed in a corporate environment through promotion 
   

• Peer Mentoring                    
  An interesting form of mentoring where both the mentor and the mentee are in the same situation – sometimes even in the same industry. Unloike chats with your peers, this is a guided relationship with deliverables.
   

• Project Mentoring                    
  This relates to very specific projects that require a mentor. They can range from application of a tender (short term) to the shepherding of a challenging exercise.
   

• Team Mentoring    
  This can apply to and group of two or more persons that need to work together to achieve a goal.

  When you find yourself drowning in a challenging economy, you need a cogent plan that takes into consideration your unique situation. Mentors who are creative, resourceful and supportive will be suited to this mentee.
