Stand By You | The objective of the roadside security response service is to provide roadside security to customers who require roadside assistance. This will consist of an armed Security response officer at the incident scene, to secure the scene and wait with the customer until the AA technical service arrives. The service is available in the major metropolitan areas of South Africa. |
AA Armed Response | AA Armed Response provides you and your loved ones with a peace of mind that comes with knowing the AA is looking after you by delivering Private Security on call anywhere anytime. With a network of over 160 partners all you need to do is press the AA armed response button on the app and the AA agent will dispatch the closest service provider to your location. You do not need to own a vehicle to subscribe, the service is available to you whether you are at home, out shopping, going for a run/walk, cycling or commuting. You can also use the app in the fight against women abuse. |

Terms:
All amounts payable to Chamber Assist shall, in the absence of agreement for this service, escalate with effect from each anniversary of the Effective Date being 1st November at CPI, provided that the AA shall be entitled, if it considers that such an increase renders it uneconomic to continue to render the Services, to terminate this agreement on three months' written notice. In addition to the escalations referred to above, should the cost to the AA of providing the Services increase at any time due to circumstances beyond the AA's control, the AA may request Chamber Assist to agree to an increase in the amount then payable. The circumstances include:
Labour increases, Contractor increases, Fuel & Maintenance costs and Operational Costs. Please note: Your Chamber Assist membership is subject to your membership to the Cape Chamber being current and paid up, which is also subject to your membership agreement.
