In the workplace and in business, email is the main means of communication.
However, while we might be comfortable writing casual emails to friends, when it comes to writing to colleagues and clients we need to be professional and make a good impression.
What is this course about?
The course aims to improve the participant’s business-writing skills in general and their email effectiveness in particular.
Through seven practical sessions, participants will learn how to construct and write emails that will be opened, read and responded to.
This course is highly relevant, personalised and very engaging.
