In this one-day workshop you will learn the basics of the Theory of Constraints, but more importantly you will see how simple it can be to take these basic principles and apply them in your business – in order to obtain better results – faster and at a lower cost than it is generally believed to be possible.
The following will be address en in this workshop:
• Understanding constraints and how these are impacting your business
• Understanding the power of constraints and how managing them correctly can stabilise your business whilst simultaneously putting you on an inevitable growth path
• Learning how to identify whether your constraints are within your business or within your market
• Learning how to practically apply this information to quickly get to improved profitability whilst simultaneously stabilising your operations.
By using a simple game, the delegates will be taught to understand the theoretical concepts in a simple practical application. As delegates begin to understand how the concepts apply to the game, the facilitator uses the Socratic method of teaching – which is asking leading questions to help you discover how to take this and apply it in your business immediately.
