Supervisors directly oversee employees.  The supervisor’s expanding role and cross point position needs to meet management’s demands on one end; team, colleagues, customers and unions on the other.

This practical workshop focuses on the necessity to empower teams through delegation and to communicate effectively through motivation, problem solving and conflict management skills.

Speaker profile:
Lionel Bourgeois, VETTA Communication, has a wealth of knowledge in the fields of sales, customer service and management.
