To be discussed:
Obstacles, challenges and opportunities with regards to employment contract and fixed-term contracts.

To equip the participant with an understanding of the importance of the true nature of the underlying relations between parties.

To provide participants with the tools and equip them with the skills to identify the required contractual vehicle that should govern a particular relationship – as well as the risk of the relationship between the parties being deemed to be different to their original intention.

To provide a refresher on the long forgotten probation process.

To equip the participants with an understanding of when restraints of trade are appropriate and how these agreements should be managed and enforced.
